Cottage with land in Salento, Pescoluse Cottage with land in Salento, marina of Pescoluse. Salento Agency  sells on the hill of Pescoluse ,and precisely in locality Li fani, a cottage in the rustic state with attached an agricultural land. The house, built about six years ago, has an area of 65 square meters in addition to a brick porch of 15 square meters and it has also  the possibility to build a pergola of 12 square meters behind the house. The project of the house provides the possibility of obtaining a kitchen with kitchenette, hallway, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is still possible to make internal changes because internal partitions have not been made yet. To complete the work, it has been estimated a cost of about 65.000 € to which must be added about 25.000 € for the realization of a possible swimming pool. The land of relevance has an extension of about 6,500 square meters. The sea is only 4 km away and the town of Salve is about 6 km away.   The surrounding area: The locality Fano is an important archaeological area. In 1987 Australian researchers and archaeologists (from the University of Sidney) in collaboration with the University of Lecce made important discoveries. Fragments of amphorae, vases, fragments of bones, an image of dionysius, messapic inscriptions, etc., were found. It is assumed that this area was abandoned by the Messianic people around 470 BC. A few centuries later, this area was joined by the Basilian monks, who fled the massacres that took place during the iconoclast war. Here they found the ideal place not only for prayer but also to devote themselves to farming (oil production, wine, etc.) due to the presence of the Fano canal that guaranteed the water and therefore the possibility of living.
